One simple verse that I internally rehearse
“Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business, and working with your hands. Just as we instructed you before.”
This verse brings a message that I truly adore.
This is a message that speaks to my core.
To live a life in peace and quiet, owing nothing to man.
Raising my children to create, with their minds and their hands.
Leave quarrels with and judgment of others alone.
Remember that the only mind you control is your own.
